When you greet your neighbor at night.
When we greet someone in the evening or at night, we say:
Konbanwa
It also sounds a little too formal to greet our family or close friends with Konbanwa so we don't really say that to someone you talk to in Tameguchi.
You don't say "Good evening" to your family or close friends either, right?
So when you want to say "Hi" to your friend in the evening or at night, you pretty much greet the same way as you do in the afternoon.
When you see your friends at night.
When you greet your teacher at night.
Greetings between senpai and kōhai.
When you greet your coworkers at night.
When you greet your boss.

When we go to bed, we don't say Konbanwa but we say:
Oyasumi
which literally means “rest” as in "to relax" or "to sleep".
If someone tells you Oyasumi , you can reply by saying the same phrase:
If you want to say it in Keigo, you say:
OyasumiNasai
